      Pros

      Great support when you have HR/employee type questions. Always paid on time and without any issues. Employment milestones recognised. Working hard to improve the sense of belonging for employees who are deployed to contracts.

      Cons

      Because the work is deployment based to fulfil a contract there are no performance reviews or personal development and very few opportunities. VERY limited benefits

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
