      Organisation has shown a credible gesture during the current pandemic by not deducting any salary for any employee. Where all competitive organizations on one hand are deducting 25-40% salary, the real character of this great organization is much appreciated.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
