Business Outlook
Pros
The company has great reach globally with talented people working with clients. Great heart and cooperation amongst the Pinkertons when I was there. Very entrepreneurial in spirit; giving a lot of latitude for personally driven business initiatives
Cons
The management seems driven by short-sightedness in their approach to business model (revenue growth, client acquisition, practice definition just to name some) The chief/cook/bottlewasher role that employees take on is hard for on-the-ground folks because there is no help to alleviate this problem!
