Being a Pinkerton is very cool. I love being part of an organization that is so historic. I love my job and co-workers. Its a family and never feels like work. My pros are: Being a global operation, so much to learn, always something exciting going on.

It takes a long time to learn everything there is to know about Pinkerton. Easy to be a workaholic here.

Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
