      The job is pretty stable.

      Cons

      The culture is terrible. Not a happy environment. Needs work. Leaders are very starchy or somewhat detached. Not good for the morale of the workers. Pay should be better. Training was not good.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
