      Flexible with my second job

      White employees were paid $5 an hour more, even though I had been there the longest and doing same job Boss would talk about Indians in very bad way

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
