      Job was very chill and your colleagues will be the only asset at the company to make it bearable

      Cons

      Where do i start? Shift pattern, low salary, very little prospect of growth, some very unapproachable shift managers and since its a fairly new project, they’re still trying to find their way around the company

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
