      Decent pay and benefits with some good flexibility for alternate work schedules during non peak times. High caliber employees that you work with.

      Extremely busy at times so time management is key.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
