      Family environment, nice colleagues. Exposure to various MNCs and projects. Some consulting work can stretch your exposure but timelines can be tight.

      Some of the processes can be clearer. Need to give local leadership more autonomy.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
