Pros
International legacy of historical significance. Interesting and demanding work. Good benefits within US government restrictions. Dedicated colleagues. First line supervisors are open and receptive to new ideas.
Cons
Coordination between business units was not optimum. Not all Investigators were familiar or used to working with Intelligence Operations or Intelligence Analytical staff. Therefore, they did not leverage all capabilities. Sometimes long hours and weekend work for offices with limited staff. in 2014, the business plan was too aggressive for success which resulted in workforce reductions.
