      Good dynamic for the hiring selection process.

      Cons

      Not an organized and supportive company. They just care about the money involved in the contracts they have with big companies; they do not care at all about the teams they built together to assign for each company. No support at all; it's like they don't even know you.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
