Lack of communication, Lots of corners being cut with training and compliance, management writes up employees and fires them for any reason they feel like it they also discriminate big time in the hiring process, payroll is messed up they make you work breaks and won't pay you.

Decision makers do care and will work around for you if you fuss hard enough.

Cons

They don’t care how hard you work, no raises don’t even ask, they only pay tenured employees, higher ups keep secrets
