Pros
-flexible work/life balance -management is good but depends on team -good culture/coworkers -easy to take off PTO -fully remote if you want to be(Pinflex) -lets you work in any country for 3 months
Cons
-minimal career growth and if you do its not that fast -new hires get paid more than you even if you've been there longer -leadership is not great, always changes happening -no health/wellness benefits
