Pros
- good pay/benefits - great work/life balance - smart, nice colleagues - fully remote with no plans on changing
Cons
- lots of change happening currently. New C-Suite being brought in. Roles opening and closing. HR making lots of changes. Not necessarily a bad thing, but you have to be comfortable with change (which is a pretty standard requirement working in tech)
