Pros

Great pay, benefits, great support from leads, supervisors, and management in the 2 different departments I have worked in. This place is a breath of fresh air compared to all of the other jobs I've worked all of my life. A very pleasant and friendly place to work with the ability to pace yourself and do a good and thorough job instead of being rushed and kicked around like a dog.

Cons

Very difficult to get hired. I applied to over a dozen entry level positions over the course of two years (2014-2016) before I ever got a call for an interview. It doesn't seem like HR has their act together. The only shot it seems I had at getting hired was going to the job fair in Port St. Lucie and getting a call from HR Dynamics. I never even heard from Piper HR.
