• Benefits are way too expensive • Small old company • Executive Staff is more concerned with their golden parachute than the health of the company • Too many Directors, to which...most don't have a clue what they’re doing • Upper management is stuck in a silo and top down communication is nonexistent • Pay is relatively on the lower side and career advancement is slow • Building is old and the parking lot is a disaster • You'll hear "the company is healthy" then 3 months later there’s a 20% force reduction?? If you're contemplating working here...stop! Go to a real company, but if you enjoy rollercoaster rides…this place is perfect.
