Awesome Place to Work - Anonymous employee Piper Aircraft Employee Review

Piper is one of the best places I have ever worked. The company really cares about its employees. Last year, the company gave a spot bonus to EVERY employee of $1,000 and brought in Jake Owen to perform at our company's 80th birthday employee celebration! This year they instituted another COMPANYWIDE bonus plan worth even more! This is in addition to competitive salaries, advancement opportunities and the company holding our medical insurance contributions flat for the last two years! The company also sponsored a shuttle flight for Piper family members out of Puerto Rico after the hurricane! I have no idea where some of the negative reviews are coming from (maybe competitors masquerading as former employees) but they couldn't be further from the truth.
