Not the best place in town to work - Anonymous employee Piper Aircraft Employee Review

Too much nepotism. Lack of training offered to the employees. Performance reveiws if you were lucky enough to get one was one sided, no two-way communication with management or periodic reveiws with feedback. Very fustrating place to work for and don't expect a raise even when the economy is good.
