Easy work, slow co-workers, decent pay - Production Control Coordinator Piper Aircraft Employee Review

The majority of the people out of the Vero Beach location are very "southern" and slow. The first day of orientation management told us stories of how they use to produce 14 planes per day many years ago with 2000 employees. They currently have 1000 employees and product about 2/3 of a single plane per day. This is primarily due to the extreme disorganization of the company and the lack of drive or intelligence that you'll witness first hand from the co-workers and management here.
