Pros

Executive leadership and the CEO seem to be the most genuinely caring of their employees that I have seen during my long tenure here. They also seem to do things for the best of piper for both the short and long term. Wages were too low in the past, but they are now fair, Althoug we would always like more and more pay. Lots of overtime work is needed, but when it is best for company I do not mind doing my part.

Cons

We work overtime sometimes because purchasing did not get us the right things to build aircraft, so we always have to work around the ideal building process just to wait on getting in various items that should be in the warehouses already. Smoking areas are too far away.
