Business Outlook

Pros

Pay is above average. Supervisors and managers genuinely care about their groups. Company providing a free medical clinic and a free gym is good. Top leaders are seen often and are normal guys that you can talk to. Supervisors are flexible when I have had family issues come up. Secure job. Great benefits.

Cons

Piper needs to hire more good people, as there are not enough to build the planes. Sometimes Piper hires a warm body for a job just to fill it, even thought they know the guy can’t do the work. Too much overtime even though you get paid well for it I am just wanting minimal overtime.
