Free fried food. You get a free shirt when u sign up for benefits. U get breaks.
Cons
Everything. You have to wait 6 months for your earn time. You get 40hrs thats is sick, pto and vacation. Upper management is horrible... if your not a kiss up don't expect promotions. The employee who stand around and talk all day are the ones who get the most praise for how hard they work馃檲馃ぃ There is no training. There are no processes in place so make sure you take good notes. You cannot talk about being unhappy in anyway was told that is against policy. Especially if you want to look for another job. Your better off not telling them its also "against policy" even through u don't sign anything stating that. Bottom line. This place cares about beating the sales number corp gives each month to "look good" HR is a joke if you go to them with concerns, employee happiness is not a concern at all. Do your job, deal with the work load of 3 peoples jobs or get it out it is pretty much how it goes. Its know the CEO likes to work "lean"
