      The people are great and theres a decent work life balance

      Cons

      The culture has taken a hit especially in the most recent times with the new leadership. Morale is bit low.There have been many RIFs and org changes in the last year. Never seen anything like it in my 20 year IT career.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
