      Remote-friendly, healthy work/life balance, collaborative and supportive teams

      Cons

      Layoffs. These happened every six months for the duration of my time there. People who remain don't feel secure in their jobs.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
