      If you're in a global role, be prepared to burn the candle at both ends of the day. Still some legacy mindset and entitlement culture. Some parts of the business still tolerate inappropriate behaviour

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
