NO JOB SECURITY - Anonymous employee Pitney Bowes Employee Review

Oh where do I start! They are a multi million $ co and dont pay for s&$t. They dont care about us or our family. When they say we HAVE to work weekends we HAVE to work them. They will let you go in a second for NO reason! There is absolutely NO job security there! It dont matter how long you have been there or how little. Ive seen people wanting other peoples positions....as long as they get in with the right management....you are OUT THE DOOR! In the summer...its SO hot and in the winter its SO cold! They dont care about US AT ALL! Its a revolving door there....we cant even keep temps because this place sucks! I will be out as SOON as I find another job.
