      Company put you up in very nice accommodation for training. You felt like you were a part of something bigger. The software business is relatively new but growing and varied

      Software is mainly acquisitions of smaller companies that were at different stages of development and didn't tie together strongly. This was evidently changing however

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
