      Good benefits and salaries. Some jobs offer work from home option. Nice perks, e.g., team building events, rewards and recognition,etc.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs due to poor management and out sourcing. layoffs not uniform--loss of good workers with seniority and/or over 50.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
