      If management can see potential in you, there is a ton of training on offer.

      Cons

      Atmosphere in the office can be tense, if targets aren't hit, everyone is in a mood. Plus, the whole stealing someone else's sale is a thing here, it's not a 'team', it's everyone in for themselves.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
