      Committed employees. Want to see the company turn around and be great again.

      Cons

      Conservative views and lacks business's insight to pull off transformation. Highly inefficient infrastructure will distract from making strategic bets. Need 1 or 2 big bets the next two year to supplement rev challenges because the next big debt bill comes up in 2016.

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
