Pros
Benefits. Sales support. The support staff cares (for now) and is the only heart beat left. Without them the directors in place don't stand a chance, opening the door for competition to waltz in. Maybe that's the plan???
Cons
It's simple math really...Inferior management has been put in place due to the "good ole boys/girls" club which equals/results in a decline in product/service. In Layman's terms - A competent leader can get efficient service from poor troops, while on the contrary an incapable leader can demoralize the best of troops.
