      Pros

      One of the only things PB has going for it is the flexible schedule and work arrangements. Unfortunately, some employees have taken advantage of this Laissez faire approach.

      Cons

      The technology products and services they provide are simply outdated and unable to compete. Staff is woefully undertrained for the task at hand. Organization is top heavy and needs direction. Pay and training is below other comparable companies.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
