Pros
Benefits are very good and focused on the employees well being.
Cons
Senior execs are disconnected from their employees. No strategy, just cost cutting. They need a 3-5 year growth strategy that is not only focused on cost optimization. Engineering leadership needs to be improved with more SW development depth. Non-existent today. And lastly, leadership doesn't value good talent. Pushing the envelope is frown upon, mediocre is rewarded.
