      Ability to move up the ladder. Managers working well with large profile customers can promote quickly alongside the Client's growth.

      Cons

      Executives had new initiatives every month and were always seeking to keep up with the competition's latest gimmicks to win customers. They were not original thinkers which has led to the downfall of the Services division.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
