      Almost all products work in 24x7 model. Work Life balance is not good. Technology learning is not good and hence not good to buidl good career

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
