Terrible management. It's all in who you know and who likes you. Other than that, they'll stab you in the back! Employees have been there for 100 years and are afraid to grow. Very, very click'ish. I felt like I was back in high school. All the employees do is talk about each other. Supposed to be cutting edge--but this place lives in the past. Again, middle and upper management need to be trained to manage people who come from the 21st century. Lousy work environment. Typical (hateful) corporate environment.
