      Management structure - non-existent free-for-all with untrained, unprofessional floor leaders; poor temperature and environment; poor time off procedures; noise level; favoritism; show of appreciation; etc.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
