Pros
It's a job, your paycheck comes in every week. If you enjoy mechanical tasks and low pay then this is the job for you. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemy.
Cons
Management is stretched so thin that you only see them twice a year and good luck trying to get them on the phone when you have an issue. The pay is so low that it feels like a slap in the face and good luck ever getting a pay raise again.
