Pros
Fantastic training and working environments. The people are great to learn from and there is a wealth of sales experience from which to draw...learn what you can, and move on.
Cons
The constant pressure for one cal closing leaves little room for developing quality relationships. The prospects feel the pressure and that generally end the discussions quickly if there is not an immediate perceived need by the prospect.
