Pros
Great people at the time I worked there. Flexibility with schedule b/c it's outside sales. You create your schedule and work your own plan.
Cons
Towards then end of my time there corporate leaders were enforcing a lot of extra reporting for sales reps and managers that was redundant. The information required was already submitted into the CRM system and could be accessed by them that way. There also started to be a lot of micro-management that was not necessary with reps that were meeting and exceeding their goals/targets.
