Pros

They have different divisions available for potential employees. However, I would focus on software as they really seem to be making a shift to become more like an IBM.

Cons

Constant change is the name of the game. In 2013 their SMB (Mail) division went through a major restructuring. The entire sales force, reps and management, had to re-interview for available positions. This restructuring process was completed November, 2013. On April 8, 2014, only 4.5 months later, they announced the entire Territory Sales team was being eliminated. This impacted between 300-400 people I believe. To have people re-interview, receive a position, and then eliminate their positions within 5 months is wrong. This seems to be the M.O. for many of the changes going on right now. Additionally in April, they announced the sale of it's Canadian Document Imaging group to Konica Minolta which impacted another 300 employees. Management claims to have a strategic direction. However, the employees do not really seem to understand the direction and are concerned as to if they are part of that direction.
