This job is easy because all of your calls and interactions are with existing clients. So you aren't cold calling. If you want to be successful it's simply a numbers game.
Cons
However, management is often breathing down your neck, EVEN IF YOU ARE A TOP PERFORMER. This is an overall fear based environment. There is constant threat of losing your Job if you make mistakes and do not hit quota. Even if you hit quota, you can get written up for really silly things. The noose is always around your neck here.
