No Diversity!! - Packer/Shipper Pitney Bowes Employee Review

Lots of VTO (there’s not much work except during peak season which is like 2 weeks) no diversity at all, favoritism, management is useless. The supervisor Estephany Zavala (2nd shift) is not the brightest crayon in the box… not sure how a lot of people there are in the leadership roles. It’s like the blind leading the blind. If you aren’t Hispanic, Latino, or don’t speak Spanish, good luck fitting in or feeling comfortable working in the environment they provide. It’s a very prejudice atmosphere, not worth the money.
