Pros
Overall it is a great place to work, Managment is trying to update the old computer systems and bring the company into a more competitive place in the market. The 401K has been reinstated, and bonuses are back at teh 75% mark. Vacation time and holidays are given to you with out having to earn the time. We have an onsite nurse so if you are feeling ill you don't have to take time off to go see a Dr.
Cons
Pay raises have been frozen for the last two years, I hope to see one this coming year. There is alot of change at the company right now and you never know what is going to happen from week to week.
