Management do not care who works there, they just want money, the entire structure and culture is built around maximising commission for your own benefit and not that of the customer, i have heard senior management admit that they haven't cared about the customer and they are a greedy company, and this rings true with the number of unhappy customers they have (which i assume will not be pb customers for much longer). There is no emphasis on job satisfaction other than purely financial reward, there are so many sharks working there is is beyond belief.
