Great benefits and pay, above market Lots of growth if you work hard and get the right exposure. CEO and COO have their heart in the right place and are really trying to make something out of this company, but too many people who can’t see the bigger picture and refuse change due to petty behavior.
Cons
No work life balance they expect you to be on call 24/7 Inadequate management with poor skill set Extremely immature supervisors who got promoted due to being hard workers but cant speak to the business or are not willing to adapt to the needs of the business (80% of them is their first warehouse job or management position, there’s 0 prep on how to conduct themselves). If you love drama, this is the place for you. Everyone is more concern about who is doing what, throw tantrums if their feelings get hurt.
