They make a big deal about culture and loyalty to the company and the company’s loyalty to the employee but what I saw there was cut throat and toxic. Management knowing there were bad actors and doing nothing, good people leaving over it. Leadership boasting record growth and sales and then lay offs the next week. Right after Holidays. I would avoid working here if I knew this.
