Good benefits, working hours and good coworkers.

Cons

Upper management practice discrimination of people with disability. New manager hired or replacing previous manager will find a way to lay off or fired those with disability because they are uncomfortable having them on their staff. Use the wording, we are downsizing but this is all lies. Some manager welcome those with disability, others are simply uncomfortable and look to get rid of. Doing the right thing the right way saying is a complete joke. You will be amazed what department is responsible for getting rid of.

Pros

I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
