      Great money, benefits, and prior to Covid, the culture was great

      Cons

      All remote work in Spokane. Culture has changed. High pressure sales, 3 strikes you’re out kind of deal. I made a lot of money hear, but those write ups can catch up with you. I made it 7 years. There is only one person left from my training class.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
