Pros

Remote friendly, they usually don't micromanage

Cons

Second interim CEO this year had mass layoffs to cut cost at expense of employee satisfaction which used to be pretty good. Latest layoffs given in large conference calls and gave employees 3 days notice before end of month when health/dental benefits ran out, and they were performed the week before many were taking Independence Day vacations to save on paying those. Info on transitioning health insurance received in mail almost 2 weeks after layoff date creating gaps in insurance coverage. Typical corporate restructuring plans but unfortunate process compared to past layoffs
